Bob Gordon is the Principal and co-founder of ethicsLINC, LLC. Prior to the formation of ethicsLINC, Bob was the Corporate Coordinator for Compliance and Ethics at UPS. In his last assignment, he had responsibility for all locations outside the domestic U.S. During his eleven year tenure in the Compliance and Ethics Department at UPS, he played a significant role in the development and implementation of a number of Compliance Programs for the company. Bob helped develop, expand and manage the UPS Help Line, first implemented in 1996, overseeing or participating in all investigations resulting from information received via that channel. As part of an effort to ensure program sustainability, Bob worked with a cross functional team to establish and implement a system to combine audits of all key compliance programs. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, Bob participated in the due diligence process for certain acquisitions and participated in subsequent investigations to resolve issues identified during this process. Bob is licensed as a private detective by the Georgia Board of Private Detective and Security Agencies in the State of Georgia.

Denise Wingate is the founder and CEO of Wingate Media, Inc., a full service video production company that specializes in the production of educational materials, and a founding partner of MediaMinds, LLC., located at www.mediamindstv.com. Denise brings extensive experience in the development and production of high quality training materials and educational programming. She came to producing through public broadcasting. As an education project manager for Georgia Public Broadcasting (GPB), she oversaw projects for both children and adult learners. Wingate continues to work directly with educators on many of her productions for learners of all ages.
